Refund Policy

We promise to do whatever we can to make sure you have a positive experience with our company. If the item you ordered isn't what you expected, we'll happily take it back as long as your item is eligible for return per our policy.


*Requirements for returns and exchanges:

  • Product must be unused and must include all original packaging and parts.
  • The product can only be returned if it's not working.
  • The return shipping cost to our warehouse will be at your expense.
  • You should email us within 3 days of receiving the product at contact@NightVisionEye.com with pictures of the items and the reason of return.
  • If we receive an item which is ineligible for a refund per the policies listed above, we will not be able to send the item back to you.

We generally process returns and exchanges within 1-3 business days of receiving the item. Please allow up two days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Please note, we will refund the full product cost and applicable sales tax, but unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs from your original order.

The only exception is if you are requesting a return or exchange as a result of a shipping error at our warehouse. If you feel there was an error with your order please contact us to initiate your return. Include your order number and a description of the problem, and we will make sure the correct item is shipped out to you as quickly as possible.


To make an order cancellation please contact us immediately: contact@nightvisioneye.com  If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.

Shipping Costs

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance!
